Does this picture resemble what may/will happen to the U.S. in the near future? Let’s pray that it will not!
Unfortunately, what you see in the picture below is something much like what we could face if any one of several situations happen to us.
SOME SAY ONLY FOOLS BELIEVE THIS COULD BE IN OUR FUTURE
Because their heads are stuck in the sand, many Americans believe that we will NEVER see days like this. Why? Because they think we are too mighty and strong of a nation to be in that type of situation. It appears that they have already forgotten that 911 happened, didn’t they? It is absolutely possible that this can happen to us, especially if we do not do what we need to as a nation to protect our way of life.
TOMORROW THE U.S. COULD BE MUCH LIKE THE MIDDLE EAST
The truth is that we JUST DON’T KNOW what tomorrow will bring. We are positive-minded people because we have never had to face scenes like this. Can we even imagine what citizens in the Middle East and other nations have had to endure? Israel is constantly exposed to bombings. Even Israel’s neighboring nations have vowed to blow them off the map; and presently, that is exactly what they are trying to do.
Realistically, if we lived in Syria or Libya and places like Egypt, we would be brutally murdered by our own governments or worry about our neighbors sending over bombs because they hate us.
Of course, the scene in this picture can happen if or when the the economy collapses, if or when our hateful enemies in Iran (and others) carry through with their threats to conquer and rule over us, and if or when our President has to order Martial Law to control civil unrest and chaos. As you know, if you have been paying attention, any one or all of these events could happen in America.
WE’VE BEEN IGNORING THE WARNING AND HAVE NOT PREPARED
We have been warned for decades—even eons—that we will face an “End of Days” or something like it. Yet, many of us refuse to make the appropriate preparations. It is up to us to protect our own families and to prepare them for whatever is coming. Our families depend on us to lead them if such an event happens, we cannot let them down!
HURRICANE KATRINA IN NEW ORLEANS TAUGHT US A LESSON
Remember what happened to the poor people in New Orleans when Hurricane Katrina hit? City and/or state officials WERE NOT PREPARED for the problems they faced. People died because they waited too long before realizing they had to find safety.
Why did people and officials wait too long? Perhaps they (1) ignored warnings because they thought it was just another hurricane and they can hunker down for it. (2) Perhaps their evacuation plans were inferior and meant they could not get out in time, and/or (3) they did not realize the severity of the storm and were caught unprepared? When the need to evacuate was recognized, officials could not accommodate the amount of people needing help.
It is despicable that so many people needlessly suffered because authorities, who had the funding to do repairs on levies, diverted the money so necessary repairs were not made! The whole situation would have turned out differently if officials had made repairs to the levy, and if people had heeded the warnings and prepared better for the storm. Let that be a lesson to us now.
For example, the lessons we need to acknowledge are (1) We must heed warnings and take them seriously. (2) We need good plans for evacuation, if necessary. If we are going to hunker down, the accommodations must satisfy our needs. (3) We must not divert the funds we need for making adequate repairs and accommodations to protect our families in the event of whatever storm we will face. (4) We cannot wait too long before recognizing our need to evacuate. We need to know where we will go, and how we will get there. If we do not take these warnings seriously, we WILL NEEDLESSLY SUFFER AND SO WILL OUR FAMILIES.
